This team provides proactive response to prevalent threats. It helps in detection and removal of reported viruses and malware. The team also focusses on the preparation of Quick Heal products for antivirus certifications and maintaining zero false positives.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
 

This team is responsible for the design and development of various products and solutions. It supports our R&D activities on various Operating Systems (OS) and multiple platforms that can be supported through Cloud.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
 

This team works on systematic measurement, standard evaluations, monitoring of processes, and an associated feedback loop that helps rule out drawbacks in our products. The team studies every product in a systematic and comprehensive manner, before the final package is released to our customers.

This team is responsible for analyzing the ecosystem of our solutions, which includes the industry, technology, competition, market size and segmentation, feedback and inputs received from our sales team and customers. Based on the information gathered, this team helps in building product roadmaps and devising appropriate strategies.

This team is responsible for the identification of opportunities in the emerging landscape of IoT, and to create products and solutions that can cater to the home automation security.

This team is divided further into two teams, viz. Technical Account Managers Team and Technical Professionals (Software Developers and Software Quality Assurance Engineers) Team. These teams contribute to our rapid response strategy to counter any critical situation/incident that may arise at an enterprise security infrastructure.
