Steps to Download & Upgrade to the latest QuickHeal version AV24

This section is for users who already have a licensed Quick Heal Total Security software of any of the following versions:

• Version 18
• Version 19
• Version 22
• Version 23

Note: Product must be in activated state, and it should have at least 16 days of remaining license validity. Free trial users cannot upgrade to the latest version.

1. Go to the following link https://www.quickheal.co.in/beta-version24

   

2. Click Upgrade to download the latest Quick Heal installer setup file on your device.

3. Double-click the Quick Heal installer setup file to start the installation process.

   

4. The older version of Quick Heal Antivirus will be uninstalled, and then the latest Quick Heal version will be installed.

   

5. Restart your device, post uninstallation, to complete the latest file installation.

   

6. Post re-start, latest Quick Heal version will be installed and your system will be upgraded to the latest Quick Heal version.

   

7. Click Launch Quick Heal to start using the latest product.

This section details the steps for the following categories of users:

• Users of Quick Heal Antivirus Pro (AV PRO), Internet Security (IS), and Internet Security Essentials (ISE)
• Users who have not used Quick Heal yet on their device
• Users who have any other antivirus software such as Norton, McAfee etc.

1. First, uninstall your existing antivirus from device

2. Go to the following link https://www.quickheal.co.in/beta-version24

   

3. Click Download to download the latest Quick Heal installer setup file on your device.

4. Double-click the installer setup file to start the installation process.

5. Follow the step-by-step installation process to complete the installation.

   

6. Select Continue to Free Trial to start your free trial

   

7. Click Activate with your registration details to activate your Free Trial

   

8. Your Free trial will be successfully activated for 30 days.

   

All users who have already installed the Quick Heal Mobile app on their device.

Follow below steps to upgrade your Quick Heal Mobile to the latest version:

1. Go to below link on your mobile device https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.quickheal.platform

2. Accept the Quick Heal beta testing invite and follow the on-screen instructions.

   

3. All existing users: Click on Upgrade to upgrade your mobile app to the latest version.

4. Finally, you can start using the latest version of Quick Heal Mobile app.

All users who have never used/installed the Quick Heal Mobile app on their device.

Follow below steps to using the latest Quick Heal Mobile app on your device:

1. Go to below link on your mobile device https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.quickheal.platform

2. Accept the Quick Heal beta testing invite and follow the on-screen instructions.

   
3. All new users: Click on the link Download it on Google Play & install the app on your device
4. Finally, register your details to start using the latest Quick Heal Mobile app.

Registering Quick Heal Mobile Security

To register Quick Heal Mobile Security, follow below steps:

1. Open Quick Heal Mobile Security app.

2. Enter and verify your details by OTP

3. Grant access to relevant permissions to activate all security features of Quick Heal

   • Accessibility Permission- must need
   • Contacts- must need
   • Storage- must need

4. Connect your google account to link with Quick Heal Mobile Security app

5. Choose your subscription plan via Choose a Plan from below four options:

   • CONTINUE WITH FREE VERSION, to activate your 30-day free trial (new users)
   • PURCHASE VIA PLAY STORE, to get full access of all security features at only 200 Rs/year
   • USE PRODUCT KEY, if you are an existing user of Quick Heal Mobile app
6. Finally, submit your account details that completes the registration process.
