“Kannadada Kotyadhipati” SEASON 3


    The following Rules and Regulations (“Rules and Regulation”) govern the process for participation in the scheme titled as “Quick Heal - Kannadada Kotyadhipati” (“Scheme”) conducted by Quick Heal Technologies Limited (Formerly known as “Quick Heal Technologies Pvt. Limited”) (Hereinafter to be referred as “The Company”)
  2. The Scheme is conducted for shortlisting the people who will participate in Level -4 (On Ground Auditions and Screen Test) of the Programme “Kannadada Kotyadhipati - Season 3” (‘KK – Season 3/Program’) which is a quiz based game show in Kannada language produced by BIG Synergy Media Limited (“Producer”) as per the detailed Terms and Conditions contained in http://www.startv.com/legal-terms-policies/ (“STAR Website”) for telecasting on exhibition on Star Suvarna (“Channel”) which channel is owned by Asianet Communication Pvt Ltd and/or its affiliates (“Broadcast Company”).

    “Registrant(s)”: The dealer participating in the Scheme namely “Quick Heal - Kannadada Kotyadhipati” who have entered into Primary / Secondary / Tertiary Dealership Agreement with The Company.

    “Scheme Period” shall mean the period commencing from 9th July 2018 and ending on 27th July 2018. This period can be extended or reduced by the Company at its discretion from time to time.

  4. The scheme is open to all the Registrants, who have fulfilled the below criteria during Scheme Period (defined below)

    1. Participation Mechanism:

      1. Dealers/Registrants shall have to purchase Quick Heal Product during the Scheme Period.
      2. The 20 registrants who have purchased the Quick Heal Product worth highest value, shall be eligible for entering into the Audition to be conducted by the Channel.
      3. The details (Name, Mobile Number, Age, Gender, Address, Identification Number) of these 20 (Twenty) Registrants or their nominated persons would be shared with the channel and the Producers (Big Synergy) of the Program, who will conduct the On Ground Auditions and Screen Test (Level-4 of the Program) on behalf of the Company as per the Terms and Conditions/Rules and Regulations of the Program which are available at  STAR Website.
      4. Basing on the performance of these 20 Registrants in the On-Ground Auditions and Screen Test, 2 Registrants will be selected for the next round of the Program ie., Fastest Finger First (FFF).
    2. Other Terms and conditions

      1. The Registrant should be citizen of India and above 18 years of age
      2. The Registrant/s or their nominee/s attending the Level-4 of the Program should be able to understand and converse in Kannada
      3. The Registrant/s or their nominee/s who had already participated in the FFF round of the previous two seasons of the Kannada Kotyadhipati or any other similar programme in other language based on the format “Who Wants to be Millionaire” is not eligible to participate in the Scheme.
      4. Stock value shall be calculated based on SRP value.
      5. Stock should be purchased from the authorized distributor of the Company.
      6. The chances to win for fastest finger is completely based on performance in audition of the KK – Season 3/Program.
      7. One  Registrant can nominate only 1 (one) nominee, if he/she desires to nominate.
      8. In all matters The Company’s decision shall be final and binding on Dealers.
      9. The Registrants  shall thereinafter  be entitled to  participate  in level 4 of the Program and proceed further as per the detailed terms and conditions governing the participation in the Program uploaded and available on the STAR Website  which shall be unconditionally binding on each of them.  It is clarified that participation in Level 4 of the Program  does not guarantee  entry  into the televised rounds  of the Program. 
      10. Before entering into the Level -4 of the Program, the Registrants  shall read and agree the Rules and Regulations of “Kannadada Kotyadhipati - Season 3”, which are available at STAR Website, and shall be binding on each  of them.
      11. By participating in the Scheme, each Registrant is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions contained herein and  as well as the applicable terms and conditions governing participation in the Program  as set out in the Star Website.
