With Quick heal I realized true meaning of innovation when your skills and experience are challenged to solve problems that business faces. To innovate you need empowerment for which our CEO always says “ Budget is never a constraint , ideas are …” . In the last 4 years of journey with Quick heal we were able to build and automate the entire retail sales functioning enabling the sales team , dealer network and increasing overall efficiency. This all started with an idea which was originated to solve a small issue but the more we were challenged to think we realized the potential of the idea to solve the larger problems. When idea starts working in a right direction then budget is never a constraint to build it . Our sales automation is an outcome of the innovation that we keep driving in Quick Heal…
