Profit Sharing Program

* Only those registered partners of Quick Heal who resale the specified retail products under the brand name “Quick Heal”, in the territory of India are eligible to participate in this Profit-Sharing Program.

* The specified retail products include Total Security, Internet Security, Internet Security Essentials and Antivirus Pro; and are applicable only on renewal by single user for subscriptions of 1 year and 3 years

* Profit would be shared with Partner for only those Customers where 1st time activation or last renewal, whichever is recent, was done using Dealer Code

* Profit would be shared with Partner for only those Customers whose acquisition or renewal done after 1st January, 2018

* Customers who renew the license using Quick Heal Website or in-product channels only, would be considered for profit calculation

* It is Partner’s sole responsibility to go to the Retailer Partner Portal and click on redeem button to get the payout. Payout would be made ZERO after 90 days of each month, in case Partner has not claimed the payout via Redeem button on Retailer Partner Portal

* Payout settlement in form of Amazon Vouchers only

* Quick Heal reserves the right to change, amend, extend, withdraw, or alter any of the terms and conditions of this scheme at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons

* Quick Heal's decisions on all matters relating to this scheme are final, conclusive, and binding. Quick Heal will not entertain further correspondence and the same shall not be subject to any dispute or challenge

* All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Pune, India
