Dr. Kailash Katkar is the Chairman and Managing Director of Quick Heal Technologies Limited, India's leading IT Security Solutions Company. He is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy and management of the company. Under his leadership, Quick Heal became the first Indian software product company to hit the capital markets in 2016.

Born in 1966 to a Maharashtrian family at Rahimatpur, a small village near Satara in Maharashtra, Kailash grew up in Pune and from a very young age, chose to break the norms of attending rigorous classroom sessions and decided to divert his inquisitiveness and hard work to start his own business. This little spur of thought guided by sheer grit and gumption drove him to set up his own business - from a small one-room, boot-strapped electrical device repair station to an IT Security Solutions empire spread worldwide.

As a true visionary, his strategic business approach has continuously produced significant business value for Quick Heal in the form of financial performance, customer satisfaction, market share and productivity. His strong commitment to operational excellence, an innovative approach to business problems, and an aptitude for partnering cross-functionally has made Quick Heal the most preferred consumer security solutions brand. In 2015, the company successfully forayed into enterprise cybersecurity with the launch of the brand 'Seqrite'.

Recently, Quick Heal transformed the consumer cybersecurity in a whole new category by launching India’s First Fraud Prevention Solution AntiFraud.AI. His brainchild, Quick Heal Foundation, functions in the areas of community welfare, education and creating awareness around cybersecurity. The foundation has provided training and guidance on cybersecurity to millions of students. In 2017, Chitkara University felicitated Kailash with the Honorary Doctorate for his outstanding contribution to Business, Education and Humanity.

Dr. Sanjay Katkar co-founded Quick Heal Technologies Limited in the year 1995. He is the Joint Managing Director and an executive member of the Board of Directors.

In his role he is leading the global technology strategy and is responsible for the core research and development of the products, the malware research lab, and for driving product vision and innovation to continuously improve cyber security.

Sanjay initiated the antivirus product development and over the years built all the teams including threat research, product development, quality assurance, and product management. With a highly distinctive personality and a passion for technology, Sanjay created the indigenously designed and developed anti-virus. His significant and outstanding contribution has earned Quick Heal a global position.

Sanjay is a distinguished speaker at various industry forums and has also been a speaker at various IIM and IIT events. He has served as Director of Association of Anti-Virus Researchers, Asia. He enlightens the industry at various DSCI and NASSCOM events.

Sanjay holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune. In 2019, MIT - ADT University, Pune felicitated Sanjay Katkar with an Honorary Doctorate for his outstanding contribution in the field of Cyber Security.

Ms. Anupama Katkar, Chief of Operational Excellence at Quick Heal Technologies Limited and Chairperson of Quick Heal Foundation, is entrusted with the pivotal role of orchestrating business operations while championing CSR initiatives. A key member of the founding team, she has played a crucial role in building the operational backbone of the business. Her expertise unlocked significant value and established a culture of operational excellence.

A multifaceted leader, she excelled in various roles, including HR head, business operations leader, and champion of overall operational efficiency. Staying true to the company's core purpose to innovate, simplify, and secure, her commitment to operational excellence permeates every facet of Quick Heal's endeavors, from enhancing quality standards to harmonizing procedures for efficiency. Her focus spans innovating operations, integrating top-notch technologies, streamlining & simplifying internal processes, and much more, all aimed at fortifying success across the board.

Her contributions haven't gone unnoticed - she's been recognized as one of India's Top Chief Operating Officers by Startup Lane.

Recently acclaimed as the ‘Best Social Entrepreneur’ by BW Business World and honored as the ‘Social Leader of the Year’ at the SABERA Awards 2023, Ms. Katkar stands as a beacon of social responsibility. Through the Quick Heal Foundation, she spearheads meticulously designed CSR initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, catalyzing tangible change in the youth of the country, under privileged sections of society, and communities at large. Under her leadership, these programs have positively impacted the lives of nearly 54 lakhs individuals across the country.

Her mantra, "Miles to go before I Sleep," reaffirms her unwavering dedication to perpetual improvement and innovation. Ms. Katkar's mentorship extends beyond the confines of Quick Heal, nurturing personal and professional growth wherever she goes, thereby enriching lives and fostering a culture of continuous advancement.

Ashish Pradhan is the Chief Technology Officer at Quick Heal Technologies Limited. In his role, Ashish leads all software engineering functions, and is responsible for delivering cutting edge products.

Ashish is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of cyber security product development leadership experience. Prior to joining Quick heal, he led global software engineering organizations and built products for companies like BindView, Symantec, and Exabeam from Pune and Mountain View, CA. He has also helped build successful SaaS security solutions at Indusface, an Indian startup.

With over 25 years of rich experience in the IT & Cyber Security Industry, Dr. Lalit Mohan will be responsible for Product Management. His expertise spans managing and identifying new cyber security services related to Threat Management and End-point Security. Dr. Lalit brings a wealth of experience in various capacities, including Innovation, Product & Engineering, and Sales.

Prior to joining Quick Heal, Dr. Lalit has held key roles in renowned organizations like Infosys and Wells Fargo. At Infosys, he served as the Head of Product and Engineering for the Cyber Security Practice. His stint at Wells Fargo saw him as the Head of Innovation and R&D, focusing on FinTechs and emerging technologies. Notably, Dr. Lalit also contributed to the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT), an establishment of the Reserve Bank of India, where he co-led the 5G Use Cases Lab for Banking and Financial Services, a pioneering initiative. He set up a community cloud for the banking sector, offering core banking and payment services to co-operative and small banks. Dr. Lalit played a crucial role in establishing and managing the Indian Banks' Information Sharing and Analytics Centre (IB-CART), equivalent to FS-ISAC. His representation of Indian Banks extended to associations with BIAN, TRAI, Ministry of Electronics & IT, Cloud Computing Innovation Council of India, and Cloud Security Alliance.

With a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from IIIT-Hyderabad, specializing in Threat Intelligence, his academic journey reflects a deep understanding of cybersecurity, contributing significantly to his professional roles.

Dr. Lalit Mohan is excited to be part of the Quick Heal team and committed to build Quick Heal as a Global Leader in the Cyber Security Space.

Ankit Maheshwari, Chief Financial Officer, Quick Heal Technologies will oversee the organization's financial activities and serve as the strategic financial advisor.

Ankit is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant and Commerce Graduate from the University of Delhi with a successful career spanning over two decades.

He has extensive experience in Business Partnering, M&A, Group Controlling, Management & Financial Reporting, Procurement, Legal & Statutory Compliances, and has held leadership positions across multiple industries, including Power, Retail, Telecom, IT-enabled services, Shared Services, KPO, and Manufacturing, both at regional and corporate levels.

Ankit is known for his exceptional interpersonal skills and has a proven ability to collaborate with Bankers, Credit Rating Agencies, Investors, and Merchant Bankers on acquisitions, due diligence, and liaising with diverse statutory agencies.

He is also an avid reader and a beach enthusiast.

Samuel Sathyajith is the Senior Vice President - Enterprise Sales. With nearly three decades of experience in the IT industry, Samuel brings invaluable expertise in scaling businesses and driving market innovation, particularly in the cybersecurity sector.

His impressive career includes leadership roles at Cloudflare and Arbor Networks, where he played integral roles in achieving remarkable sales and revenue growth. His journey began in the Indian Air Force, where he served as a Commissioned Officer in the Aeronautical Engineering branch, laying the groundwork for his exceptional leadership skills. Transitioning to the IT sector, he has continually leveraged his Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Instrumentation Technology from Bangalore University to innovate and excel.

Beyond his professional achievements, Samuel is an avid sports enthusiast and a family man, finding joy in hiking and traveling.

He is incredibly excited to be part of the Quick Heal team and committed to building Quick Heal as a Global Leader in the Cyber Security Space.

Sudhanshu Tripathi is Chief Marketing Officer at Quick Heal Technologies Limited. He brings over 17 years of experience across diverse sectors from domestic and international markets. His functional expertise spans Marketing, Communication, ESG, Corporate Strategy, Policy Advocacy, Digital Transformation, & Business Development.

He has successfully created global brands, led strategic initiatives and advisory assignments by building high performing teams in start-ups as well as global matrix organizations.

Sudhanshu is an active public speaker and a sky-dive enthusiast. He loves to engage with the start-up ecosystem.

He is an Electrical Engineering graduate from Nagpur University and holds a Management degree from UWA, Perth, Australia in Strategy & Marketing.

Amartya Mukherjee is the Vice President & Head of Delivery at Quick Heal Technologies Limited. With over 25 years of experience across global technology and services organizations, Amartya brings deep expertise in service delivery, enterprise solutioning, customer success, and large-scale operational transformation.

In his role, he leads the end-to-end delivery and services charter, encompassing large project deliveries, pre-sales and solution consulting, complex enterprise engagements, and global technical support. His mission is to deliver flawless customer experiences, scale the delivery engine, and establish service excellence as a core brand differentiator, driving Quick Heal’s growth. A committed people leader, Amartya focuses on building empowered teams, developing future leaders, and nurturing a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Savita Nehra is the Vice President, People & Culture at Quick Heal Technologies Limited. With over two decades of diverse experience in global human resources management, she brings a strong blend of strategic leadership and operational excellence across industries.

Before joining Quick Heal, Savita served as Global HR Head for Enterprise Applications at Wipro. She has also held senior HR leadership roles at Ness Digital Engineering, Capgemini, and iGATE, driving impactful people initiatives and fostering high-performance cultures.

Beyond work, Savita is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new destinations, listening to music, and engaging in aero sports.

Mr. Ashish Pratap Kadam, Director of Government Business, Quick Heal Technologies Limited. With over 18 years of experience in Government Business Planning, Operations Management, Accounting & Marketing Analytics, Mr. Aashish is a strong business development professional with a PGPMAX focused on Business Administration and Management from the Indian School of Business.

He has also pursued MCS - Computer Science from Pune University, MBA from ISB, Hyderabad, and Executive Education from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, and Business Executive Education from Wharton School, USA.

Being a sportsperson and from a sound Management, Technology & Spirituality background, he believes in following his passion and accomplishing his dream. This has helped him achieve controlled growth with Great Wall as MD.

Deepak Mishra is Head of Retail Sales at Quick Heal Technologies Limited. In his role, he is responsible for enhancing market share and driving channel strategy for the retail brand.

Deepak comes with over two decades of experience in FMCG, Beverages, Telecom and IT Industries. He has extensive exposure in sales and distribution, channel management, and building a robust distribution to drive productivity and profitability.

Sangamesh S has joined Quick Heal as the Head of Seqrite Labs & Managed Detection and Response (MDR), bringing nearly 20 years of expertise in the cybersecurity domain. With a robust background in building Enterprise Security Platform Management, Security Engineering, Threat and Incident Management, and Digital Forensics, Sangamesh is poised to elevate the threat detection and response capabilities of Seqrite Labs.

Prior to joining Quick Heal, Sangamesh held key leadership roles at Infosys, Birlasoft, and VBizAp Soft Solutions. At Infosys, he spearheaded the Global Cyber Defence Centres, overseeing a team of 1,000+ cybersecurity professionals dedicated to safeguarding enterprises worldwide.

At Quick Heal, Sangamesh will leverage his vast experience in delivering security services and solutions to enhance the company’s innovative approaches.

Sangamesh is passionate about music and enjoys spending his free time listening to various genres.

Netra Deshpande is the Head of Engineering at Quick Heal Technologies Limited. In her role, she leads all software engineering functions and is responsible for delivering cutting-edge products. With over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity product development, Netra brings deep technical expertise and strategic vision to every project.

Before joining Quick Heal, Netra held leadership roles in global software engineering organizations, spearheading product development for companies such as Symantec, Avaya, and Frontier Technologies. She has successfully led complex engineering transformations across diverse domains and geographies, blending technical depth with a pragmatic, business-focused approach.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Netra is passionate about Hindustani classical vocal music and finds inspiration and balance in spending time in nature.

Nitin Bhogan is the Head of Academy at Quick Heal Technologies Limited, where he plays a crucial role in driving innovation and redefining the landscape of cybersecurity education and vigilance. In this role, he spearheads the strategic vision for the Quick Heal Academy, strengthening how the organization educates, engages, and empowers clients to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.

Prior to joining Quick Heal, Nitin was associated with reputed organizations such as Excedor IT Risk Consulting and Mahindra SSG. With over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, he has led cybersecurity awareness initiatives, solutions, and services for clients across diverse industries. His expertise includes designing and implementing customized security awareness programs aligned with organizational risk and compliance needs.
