The report is prepared with reference to GRI Standards and BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting), in line with SEBI LODR Regulation 34(2).
Scope 1 emissions were 12.37 tCO₂e, disclosed for the first time as a baseline. Scope 2 emissions were 1,451.35 tCO₂e, 16.9% lower than 1,746.62 tCO₂e in FY 2024-25.
Quick Heal's three ESG pillars are Giving Back to Nature, Community & People, and Ethics & Governance.
Through its Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) framework, with collection channels across major cities. In FY 2025-26, 966 kg of e-waste was sent to authorised recyclers.
It is Quick Heal Foundation's cyber-safety programme, in which trained young Cyber Warriors run awareness activities. It has touched 86 lakh+ lives across 19 states and reached 12,000+ schools and colleges.
Quick Heal holds ISO/IEC 27701:2019 for privacy information management, ISO 27001:2022 for information security, and SOC 2 Type 2, alongside ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 20000-1:2018.
