Definitions
"Activation" means renewal or cross-renewal of an Offer
Product as a renewal key within the Offer Period.
"Assured Benefit" means (i) a 3 (three) year renewal
subscription of the Offer Product(s) priced at the equivalent
of a 2 (two) year subscription ("3 Years for the Price of 2
Years"), and (ii) an additional 20% discount on the resulting
Offer price, available only on use of the Coupon Code at
checkout.
"Coupon Code" means the alphanumeric code "DISC20", which the
End User must apply at the time of checkout on the Link to
avail the additional 20% discount component of the Assured
Benefit.
"End User" means such users who hold Indian citizenship and
reside in India, who are competent to contract, and who have
renewed the Offer Product(s) only through online mode and
solely for their individual use and not for resale,
distribution, or any other commercial purpose.
"Offer Product(s)" means and includes the following products,
available for renewal in the 3 (three) year subscription
tenure, which function on the Windows Operating System:
- Quick Heal Total Security (1 user pack)
- Quick Heal Internet Security (1 user pack)
- Quick Heal Anti-Virus Pro (1 user pack)
- Quick Heal Total Security for Mac (1 user pack)
- Quick Heal Internet Security Essentials (1 user pack)
(Quick Heal reserves the right to add or remove products from
this list at its sole discretion, with prior notice on the
Link.)
"Offer Period" means the period commencing from 00:00 hours
IST of [Offer Start Date] to 23:59 hours IST of [Offer End
Date], unless extended, curtailed, or withdrawn earlier by
Quick Heal.
"Online Renewal" means the renewal of the Offer Product(s)
from

by the End User during the Offer Period. This Offer is
applicable only to Offer Product(s) renewed directly through
the Link.
"Working Days" means Monday to Sunday, IST 9:00 a.m. to IST
7:00 p.m.
Applicability
This Offer is applicable ONLY to the renewal (including timely
renewal ahead of expiry, and renewal of an already-expired
license) of an existing, valid Quick Heal license for the
Offer Product(s). It is not applicable to a fresh/first-time
purchase by a New Customer.
This Offer is applicable ONLY to the 3 (three) year renewal
tenure of the Offer Product(s). It is not applicable to a
1-year, 2-year, or any other renewal tenure.
This Offer is applicable ONLY within the geographical
territories of India. The End User must renew the Offer
Product(s) from within India to be eligible. Quick Heal shall
not entertain any claim from an End User who renewed the Offer
Product(s) from outside the geographical territories of India.
This Offer requires the End User to apply the Coupon Code
"DISC20" at checkout. The 20% discount component of the
Assured Benefit will NOT be applied automatically if the
Coupon Code is not entered correctly at the time of renewal.
It shall be mandatory for the End User to submit accurate,
complete, and true information at the time of renewal,
including the existing Product Key and Batch Code (where
applicable). Any misrepresentation, concealment, or
discrepancy, as determined by Quick Heal, shall disqualify the
End User from this Offer.
This Offer SHALL NOT be applicable to:

A fresh/first-time purchase of the Offer Product(s) by a
person who does not hold an existing Quick Heal license.

Products renewed with any other discount, coupon, or
promotional pricing already applied.

Products provided for promotional, trial, evaluation, or
complimentary purposes.
- Product keys issued for trial purposes.
- Bundled/OEM packs of Quick Heal.

Renewals made through any channel other than the Link (e.g.,
third-party marketplaces, resellers, or offline/dealer
purchases), unless expressly stated otherwise by Quick Heal.
This Offer SHALL NOT be applicable to the following products:
Quick Heal Total Security for Android, Quick Heal's Admin
Console, Quick Heal AntiVirus for Linux, Quick Heal AntiVirus
for Novell, Quick Heal Terminator, Quick Heal Mail Protection
for Linux/Windows, Quick Heal Exchange Protection, Quick Heal
PC Tuner, and Quick Heal Endpoint Security.
This Offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing offer,
discount, or promotional code, except as expressly permitted
by Quick Heal in its sole discretion.
Quick Heal shall not entertain any correspondence or claim
from an End User who has renewed the Offer Product(s) in
violation of, or without complying with, any of these Terms &
Conditions.
Purchase & Redemption
Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary.
This Offer is applicable only to End Users who renew the Offer
Product(s) online through the Link. The terms of the End User
License Agreement (EULA) appended to the Offer Product shall
continue to bind the End User.
The Assured Benefit cannot be exchanged, transferred, or
redeemed for any other benefit, including any cash or monetary
equivalent.
The name and other personal details (address, phone number,
email ID, etc.) of the End User mentioned on the invoice at
the time of renewal must be identical to the details on record
for the existing license.

Product Key
The responsibility and liability of Quick Heal towards the End
User renewing Offer Product(s) shall end upon
dispatch/issuance of the renewal Product Key to the End User.
Quick Heal shall not be liable for: (i) ineligibility of the
End User to participate in this Offer for any reason; (ii)
loss of the Product Key in transit; (iii) non-receipt of the
Product Key during the Offer Period; (iv) tampering of the
Product Key in transit; or (v) any lack of information or
knowledge on the part of the End User. Quick Heal shall not
entertain correspondence in this regard.
General
In case of any ambiguity in this Offer or communications thereto, the decision of Quick Heal shall be final, conclusive, and binding.
Product images and prices displayed on the Link are for reference only; actual products and prices may vary due to market dynamics.
Quick Heal reserves the right to revoke, withdraw, discontinue, alter, amend, or modify this Offer at any stage without prior notice and without any liability to the End User or any third party.
Quick Heal does not commit to responding to any feedback, suggestion, or query regarding inclusion/exclusion of any submission at any stage of the Offer.
In no event shall Quick Heal be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from this Offer. The total aggregate liability of Quick Heal shall be limited to the price of the particular Offer Product from which such claim arises.
This Offer is not applicable to Quick Heal's employees and their families, dealers, distributors, e-commerce marketplaces, stockists, and their employees/families.
These Terms & Conditions supersede any conflicting version appearing elsewhere.
This Offer shall be void where prohibited by law, and Quick Heal shall not be liable to provide any alternative offer, benefit, or compensation in such an event.
The End User shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quick Heal, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, demands, liabilities, or expenses arising from a breach of these terms by the End User.
All intellectual property, including trademarks, brand names, and logos referenced on the Link or in any promotional material related to this Offer, is the sole and exclusive property of Quick Heal.
The renewal of Offer Product(s) provided hereunder is on an "as is" basis, and Quick Heal disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, save as expressly provided in the applicable EULA.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The competent courts at Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or relating to this Offer.
