Dr.Kailash Katkar, the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Quick Heal’s Board of Directors, exemplifies Quick Heal’s commitment to delight its stakeholders with trusted antivirus and network security products. In addition to chairing the board of directors, Mr. Katkar is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and interacting with clients, employees, investors and other stakeholders to forge a strong relationship. He is also responsible for setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture. He has served on the board of directors since its formation.

Mr Katkar is a proven leader with a profound proficiency in developing strong client relationships, a passion for building outstanding teams and a disciplined focus on operations and execution of successful long-term business strategy by the implementation of the global operating model. He has led the Company to be the first Indian technology product company to go public.

Mr Katkar is the recipient of many coveted appreciations and under his leadership Quick Heal is being continuously making news by being recognized for various categories at National and International forums in last 9 years. The recent one being “Gold Winner for Product Development/Management Executive of the year” at the 2016 Global Excellence Awards, USA. Quick Heal holds the recognition as one of India’s most globally competitive SME, with business practices at par with global giants.

Vijay Mhaskar

Vijay Mhaskar, COO, Quick Heal Technologies Limited

Vijay Mhaskar is the Chief Operating Officer of Quick Heal Technologies Limited.

Vijay is responsible to formulate and drive the overall business strategy with strong revenue accountability and lead programs that deliver value to customers and partners. He drives the sales and business operations across all business verticals providing strategic inputs and direction for building the brand, culture and overall business growth for Quick Heal.

Vijay is credited with 20 years of experience in accelerating engineering processes, transforming innovation culture and leading several successful products. He joined Quick Heal from Avaya India.

Vijay is a Gold Medallist in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai. He has worked at various strategical positions in the past.

Sanjay Katkar

Sanjay Katkar, CTO, Quick Heal Technologies Limited

Sanjay Katkar co-founded Quick Heal Technologies Limited in the year 1995. He is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Joint Managing Director and an executive member of the Board of Directors.

In his role he is leading the global technology strategy and is responsible for the core research and development of the products, the malware research lab and for driving product vision and innovation to continuously improve cyber security.

Sanjay initiated the antivirus product development and over the years built all the teams including threat research, product development, quality assurance and product management. With a highly distinctive personality and a passion for technology, Sanjay created the indigenously designed and developed anti-virus. His significant and outstanding contribution has earned Quick Heal a global position.

Sanjay is a distinguished speaker at various industry forums and has also been a speaker at various IIM and IIT events. He has served as Director of Association of Anti-Virus Researchers, Asia. He enlightens the industry at various DSCI and NASSCOM events.

Sanjay holds Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Pune.

Rajesh Ghonasgi

Rajesh Ghonasgi, CFO, Quick Heal Technologies Limited

Rajesh Ghonasgi is the Chief Financial Officer of Quick Heal Technologies Limited. With over 25 years of experience, Rajesh joined Quick Heal in 2013 to manage the company's corporate finance, International and domestic taxation, treasury, investor relations, legal, financial reporting and analysis.

Earlier in his career, Rajesh held a number of finance leadership positions at Wipro, ICICI Venture, Hexaware Technologies and Persistent Systems. He joined Quick Heal from Komli India Pvt. Ltd. where he was the head of finance and accounts.

Rajesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been conferred with 'CFO100 Roll of Honour' by the CFO India magazine for his 'winning edge' in raising capital as well as Excellence in Financial Reporting from ICAI.
